James Cronin Asked: Why do I hear electrical zaps when I’m falling asleep?
Okay, I know that some of you may be skeptics but I do believe in psychics and such. Many people, including my Psychology teacher have suggested I'm an empath as well as my Psychologist. It's very interesting to me and I do plan on visiting a real psychic soon to see what they have to say. But on to the point. As of late, I've been hearing random static-y electrical noises in my head. They're very abrupt and usually happened every time I start to feel myself drift into sleep. Sometimes they startle me and I'll jump right back awake then I'd fall asleep and it would happen again. Sometimes I'll also start to hear really loud high pitched noises that play continuously without break in my head. The only way it would stop is if I open my eyes and sit up for a few minutes. Other times, after I fall asleep I'll have dreams of me laying in my bed with the high pitched loud noise blaring in my head and ears. I do believe I'm a lucid dreamer because I can make things happen within my dream while the noise is still present. Sometimes I'll be paralyzed on the bed in my dream but somehow manage to move things with my mind and make things appear. Other times, during paralysis I somehow manage to force myself up out of bed and fight the paralysis. I'm not afraid in these dreams and I'm not afraid when I wake up. The only thing that bothers me is how loud the noise can get. Please let me know some of your thoughts and such on this and please keep an open mind.
