I was told there isnt much stopping u from projection if ur in this stage and i thought i might not have been in the vibrational stage.

In the vibrational stage, first you will be sleep paralyzed, you can't move any part of your body, after that you will hear a buzzing sound in a very higher tone, Its irritating, but if you get practiced with that sound, then Its Awesome, You can tune the buzzing to enter Astral Plane easily.
