Jordan Asked: Weird dreams about being awake?

Hi I have some really weird dreams and I don't really know how to explain this, I sometimes have a dream when im under stress or overfatigued that im awake just really tired and that im in a place to do with the fatigue or stress like I used to play rugby and I would get home and lay in bed and it would feel like im asleep but awake at the same time and incredibly tired and the people around me would be acting like usual, for instance shouting at me saying that i need to get up now and help them win or something like that and i don't know what this is i have looked everywhere on the internet and i have no idea what it is but it is incredibly agitating and i can remember the 'dream' perfectly, i don't suffer from lucid dreaming or WILD or anything like that just wondering what it is
