'The Desert had a Strange Dream' is an arrangement of 'The Dragon Gave a Loud Scream' from the game NIGHTS into Dreams, released in 1995 for the Sega Saturn. The song is better known among fans as the 'theme of Gilwing', boss of Spring Valley which is first level in the dream of Claris. This remix was created in celebrattion of NIGHTS 15th anniversary as part of a tribute album called 'Lucid Dreaming', published by OverClocked Remix and available for free at: lucid.ocremix.org/ This music video was made to accompany and give a context to my arrangement, and honor a wonderful game that very few people got to experience back when it was first released. Thankfully, after much clamor from the fans, Sega announced an HD remake of NIGHTS to be released on all current gen platforms. Dreams do come true.
