Gabrielle Asked: Astral Projection???????????????????

This guy i like who lives states away from me.. Says he is able to be with me in his dreams and that he comes to my room and is with me but i cannot see him.. but i believe him cos hes never seen my room and tells me about things on my body ive never told anyone.. but i think his "dreaming" is astral Projection.. and he said he was born able to do it.. i heard you can learn to do it to.. i alreaddy have the directions on how..but im scarred of what i will find…… can someone tell me what it is like to astral project??? is it like the movie insidious where u see demons and dead people and spirits ( thats what im afraid of that i'l astral project and i'll open a door or i;ll see the things i cannot see [ i cant see ghosts js. but i do beleive in them]) anyway and if i did astral project. would i be able to be with them too when he came to be with me??? would i be able to see him???? annd what is it to Astral project what do u see?
