Anon Asked: Questions about sleep paralysis.?

So i'm attempting a self induced sleep paralysis in order to have a lucid dream. doing the D.E.I.L.D technique.

Now here is my questions:

1. Will it be scary even tough it's self induced?

2. Will i still remember that it is just sleep paralysis and my brain playing tricks on me? or will i be to consumed by fear by then?

3. is there any way to stop the sleep paralysis if it gets to intense?

4. will i get changes in perception other than the hallucinations? different thought patterns?

5. is sleep paralysis always scary or is it only scary when you don't know it is a sleep paralysis that's happening?

6. Last question, anyway to make it less scary during the actual paralysis?
