Asked: Did I astral project?
I don't usually believe in this stuff but… I have some things in my head I need to dump.
The only times I "project" is during the day, its only been about twice.
Basically when I "project" I'm in a copy of the real world, it can be altered or morphed, but everything is always dark and grey.
The first time around, I flew around my house altered a bit, and stood by my dads doorway and peered in and saw him sleeping. Then the awful parts happened. I struggled to wake up, and I only ended "waking up" to find out I was still "dreaming" Between everything the world was grey and creepy things appeared like numerous spiders in the bed and menacing cartoon like faces on the wall. One part, everything was a pinkish red tint, and I fell off the bed and crawled towards the door begging for help to wake me up, because I felt as if my body was being controlled by something. Everything felt so real. When I woke up from the dream, I told my dad about the dream and he says he has them too, but someone is watching him while he lays in bed from the doorway (Note: I was watching my dad sleep, while I was standing in the doorway in the dark and grey like dream state.
Second time happened about 20 minutes ago while I was taking a nap. This time I was constantly being shifted between a dream like state and an "astral" (dark and grey) state, only waking up once in the middle of it. The dream state was some just weird or slightly disturbing images the first time around. Then i woke up in an unfamiliar place on what seemed like a couch in the "astral" state. Then i'd simply be in the parts like in the first time where I struggled to wake up or get out of bed. I usually call the dream state, the dream state, because it has color to it. Anyway, In the dream state I was messaging a friend telling themto tell my other friend I'm in mid "Astral Projection" and I asked for help for some reason, even though I knew I had to fight out of this my self. (I was talking to my other friend JUST today about the first "dream") I got back to the Astral state and I struggled out of bed, failed, and did the only thing left, I'd say something as loud as I could which usually got me awake. This time I successfully woke up, feeling VERY drained. This dream only lasted an hour.
I apologize for the scatterbrained-ness.
Asked: How to astral project?
I have been looking up a lot of stuff about astral projection lately and i want to try it out!! What are some of the most important things i should know before going there? I am a 14 year old girl by the way.
What are the things i'm supposed to do to get myself to astral project? And how difficult is it?
Asked: Tips on Astral Projection?
I have been experimenting with this for some time, now. The first time, I immediately felt something. It was what was called the vibrational stage. That's when I knew there was definitely something to this. Ever since I have stopped having vibrations but never really get past a superficial meditation-like stage. At times I will start to feel something starting and then I pull back. I believe I struggle a great deal with concentration (I have trouble calming/relaxing/turning my brain off) and somewhat with the visualizations.
Now, one time, I woke up in the middle of the night, and as I started to fall back asleep, I believe I began to separate. I have trouble describing the feeling, but it was like I was almost formless and floating right above my own head (I felt like I was in the shape of a ball). I also heard very loud rushing/ringing. I began to get claustrophobic because I tried to move my hand and I couldn't, and then I remembered that you could get back to your physical body with only a thought and did so. When I got back, I felt like a plop on my bed. I laid there for a few seconds, and then the whole thing repeated itself (except this time I fell asleep until morning).
How can I get back to that state and what are some tips for keeping fear in check?
Asked: Is Astral Projection Real?
just wondering if it is a legit thing……
Asked: what’s really going on when people think they’re astral-projecting?
What does the subjective experience associated with astral projection feel most like: lucid dreaming, self-hypnosis, sleep paralysis, guided visualization, or something else?
Asked: Astral projection???
So I have tried now 3 times and I think I am done trying for today. My head hurts lol! Is there any techniques I can use to make this easier? When I was little it was so "natural". . . . Should I meditate before or should I wait until I am very tired
Please don't answer with something sarcastic, we are all entitled to our own beliefs and if you have nothing nice to say then do not say it
Asked: What are interesting things to learn about?
What are some interesting things to learn about? I'm homeschooled, so I have a lot of time on my hands. Once I get interested in something, I learn just about as much as I can on the subject and get really into it.Some things I'm really interested in are Astronomy, Psychology, The Military, Astral Projection, Lucid Dreaming, and chakra opening. Please don't suggest I learn an instrument, I've tried and can never really get interested.

Asked: Mythical creatures path? (Wiccans/witches)?
Is there a path with working with mythical creatures? Or would that be astral projection?
Asked: Is the first Astral Projection the hardest?
this morning I semi-astral projected. By semi I mean I only got my upper right side including head out of my body. It was quite difficult because I was kind of forcing myself into it. I was dreaming but fully awake, and I opened my eyes and realized that I was in sleep-paralysis. Remembering that my brother told me it was possible during sleep-paralysis, while I kept my eyes open, I attempted to lift my right forearm of the bed while looking at it. I was extremely difficult and felt as though my hand was traveling through molasses and I could see a bluish glow around my forearm. Eventually I got my head out and looked back at my arm and saw this substance that looked like a bright bluish liquid and thought maybe that was what anchored our souls into our bodies, because it felt like it was trying to keep my soul stuck down. finally i looked down to where my face was and saw my sleeping self with my eyes closed and so I believe that maybe my eyes had been closed the entire time and that I was seeing with my spirit. (btw to those who have never astral projected but are reading this, there wasn't some bluish or dark tint like the movies portray, it all looked exactly how it does in reality).
So now for my question, Is astral projection the most difficult on the first go, due to kinda breaking the seal with that bluish spirit liquidy stuff? and has anyone else ever noticed that bluish spirit liquidy stuff?
Also, while my head was still in my body but my arm was out, I could see my hand normally but there was a light blue energy like look to the areas that I was moving my arm (however it was more like the after shadow because I'd see the shape but arm had already moved on).
So my other question is, is everyones soul a different colour? or are they all that light bluish colour?
ps: the colour of blue I was referring to was the same as that weapon thing from John Carter.
Asked: Having too many dreams a night?
I have seen other questions on YahooAnswers similar to this but they don't quite describe my situation. Im a senior in high school and my schedule is different from normal as i go to school every other day instead of each day of the week. When I don't have school the next day, I tend to go to bed at about 2 am in the morning but don't wake up until about 2 pm because of my dreams. It's hard to explain but basically right after I fall asleep I start having fairly vivid dreams. And if I ever wake up in the night and fall asleep again, i start having dreams instantly again. The problem with this is in the morning my dreams seem to like stop my body's natural clock from waking me up? It will be like 11 am and I will start to wake up but my body pulls me back into my dreams and sleep and will continue to do this until its afternoon. When this first started happening I thought it was cool because I rarely had dreams, but its getting to the point where its really starting to annoy me mentally and physically. I don't know if my new schedule is affecting it, but its starting to mess up my sleep schedule because I won't be tired until like 4am the next morning and I will have barely any rest for school. The main reason im writing this question is because it keeps getting worse and worse and last night it didn't even feel like I was dreaming. It just felt more like i was tripping on some drug or something. It may have been astral projection but i don't remember being out of my body, i just remember feeling disconnected or like i was so deep in my dream. Im sorry if this is a hard question to understand its just hard to describe. Thanks for listening:P
Asked: My first attempt on Astral Projection, what happened?
Right last night i wanted to attempt Astral projection. I have never attempted anything like this, but i am a spiritual person, who has recently developed some psychic abilities… but they are very weak. Anyway i watched a video on Astral projection and read about it… so i decided to try it. Basically i went to bed in the pitch black, watching this video on Youtube to get me relaxed. After this i felt completely calm, so i turned off my laptop and then closed my eyes, with my arms to my sides. I listened to my breathing and my arms and legs started to numb. I then felt tingling along my body. I then seen these demonic faces, which like morphed and it seemed like they was trying to scare me. I didn't get scared, but there was the dark skinned man who looked really sad who seemed to try to communicate. They all went and then i focused on my body, still feeling the tingling. I then seen these visions again but it was of more extraterrestrial monuments… I then seen these two flashes of white light near my forehead (maybe third eye), and i felt as if my body was weightless… as if i was sinking through my bed. I then heard my mum walking up the stairs and went out of this trance state. I don't actually think i left my boy but i don't know, can someone explain what happened to me please?
Asked: Is this Astral Projection or Lucid Dreaming?
So, I've been getting sleep paralysis over the past few months quite 'frequently' (like once a fortnight haha) and I read somewhere that while you are in this paralyzed state you can control or manipulate the world around you, lucid dreaming!
So a few nights past, I got sleep paralysis, no surprises there. xD I started hallucinating as you do, saw dark figures running towards me in the distance. Sleeping on my stomach at the time, my train of thought kicked it and I managed to 'peel' myself out of my body. I then started to float backwards away from the foot area of my bed. I couldn't see anything because, well it was nighttime…
As I was about to go through the wall to the outside world, trying too atleast, I woke up.
What do you guys think? It was a pretty amazing experience despite not seeing much.
Asked: I Realized Things And Now Weird Dreaming!?
So after my brother passed away I kinda grew up and now I act and feel mature. I can't stand anyone at my school because they all act like children. I can almost feel my mind becoming smarter and learning at school. So once that started happening I started to have some Lucid Dreaming.. What's going on here?
Asked: Astral projection… Help?!?
If you don't believe in any of this stuff don't even bother in answering because your just wasting your own time!
My sister in laws mum was a white witch before she passed away, she was teaching my mum about it all. My mum is psychic (spelling?) and I have gotten that from her a little bit but I don't practice with it or anything like she has done over the years to make it any stronger. One thing we both do though is astral projection, although I've always called it astral travel. I first did it by accident when I was little, I would feel like I was laying the opposite way on my bed, then I'd open my eyes and see I'm not really there, I'd have this weird feeling like I'm being snapped back into that position and for some reason I liked that feeling, so I started doing it on purpose but I never new what it was called or that other people could do it. Since getting older I told my mum about it and she explained to me what it is and told me she and my sister is laws mum did it plenty of times but also said its really dangerous. I stopped doing it for a while because I was scared, but lately I've been trying to do it again. When I do it now I get this weird feeling that's hard to explain, I find I can't do it as easily and feel almost like I'm shaking? I don't know how it explain it. How come I used to be able to do it, but find it difficult to now? And what are the dangers? I mean I saw insidious but I thought it's a lode of crap, is that movie all fake or could that really happen? Thanks.
Asked: frst attempt to astral projection?
so last night was my first attempt to astral project. I found this useful guided meditation on youtube, i somehow managed to get into the state of being aware when my physical body is paralyzed if you will .and then something happened, i don't really know if this was me or my astral body, but my frigging jaw opened as if someone was fishing and i got caught in the needle thingy, and it was just so opened, my lips were numb my legs and arm also… and my arms lifted a little bit, my head went forward and twisted pointing upword idk man idk. please someone tell me what hpnened. thank you, love love love.
Asked: Out of Body Experience? Astral Projection? or more to it?
B4 i slept last night, i was listening to a astral projection mp3. The mp3 stopped playing and i fell asleep an hour later. It felt like i fell asleep, but i could see clearly in my room. I couldnt move and i tried talking but my voice sounded loud at first, and kept fading away. The weirdest part was that i felt a tingling sensation going straight up my spine and it felt like a string was attached to me from the top of my room, pulling out my spine or something inside my body. Is that an OBE? sleep paralysis? a dream? or my soul getting pulled out? p.s this happened two more times after I snapped out of it, and tried sleeping again, it was hard to sleep after this

Asked: Experienced lucid dreamers or astral projection?
How do I go about lucid dreaming/ astral projection? About a week ago I was laying down for about two hours, going through my head and I heard a faint noise in the back ground, as I concentrated more it felt as if my body was shaking (comparable to what it would feel like it someone were to shake you to wake up) and it startled me to the point where I woke up completely.. now how would I get back to this stage and progress? I'm not sure if that would be considered the start of lucid dreaming or astral projection, but I would like to have it happen again to further the experience. Help?
