Asked: Sleep paralysis, astral projection, lucid dream?
This only happens once in a while, every other 2 months or so at least twice. I can't usually move and i open my eyes and see myself moving or in a rare case crawling out of the bed/couch and it gets intense and i start to panic and i can't move my body… and then i jolt out of it incredibly tired, like it's literally hard to stay awake and sometimes i even fall back into this paralysis… i actually don't open my eyes but just think i do… it's really weird, does anyone have anything relate-able or some sort of explanation??
thanks

It's sleep paralysis. Same thing happens to me and some more people I know. It's common. It mostly happens after a night of drinking or a case of not getting enough sleep.
When you manage to crawl out, that is a form of projection, AKA out of body experience (OBE).It's not technically astral projection unless you end up in the astral planes though, so this would have been Real Time Zone (RTZ) projection, AKA etheric projection. If you read up on the subject (Astral Dynamics is very good) you'll be able to use the state to explore the majesty of creation instead of panicking.Crawling isn't necessary in fact, just look through (not at) the window and you'll end up floating there.
Paralysis happens at the same time as projection, but takes place from a perspective that's locked inside your body instead of out of body. When you feel paralysis, just relax instead of thrashing (easier said than done), as it rarely lasts more than a minute.
