Advantages are that you can do anything you want . For example have sex with megan fox , or be in a huge house etc . The only consequence is that you might ejaculate and get your underwear dirty.

I don't think there are any consequences other than waking yourself up when you realize you're dreaming. I was partly successful in lucid dreaming when I was around 5 or 6. I didn't know what it was, but I was able to barely control what was happening until I woke up. I did it one other time last year when I was I think 18. It was after taking psychology and my teacher told us if we realized we were dreaming, to just take off flying. I did that and it was cool. It lasted like 3 seconds until I woke up lol.

I am a lucid dreamer , advantages are , you can control ur nightmares , u can gather data that ur brain has been proccessing in ur sleep and use them to ur advantage in real life , you can overcome laziness and tiredness , your brain concentration and reflexes become 3x more efficent. If i were to give any disadvantages there wouldnt be any except for one which really annoys me. Getting mixed with what happened in a dream and thinking that is was in reality , i really hate it when that happens , for eg. In my dream i left my book in my bag , at school ' I HAVE IT IN MY BAG' then i check and its not there , this is just a small case but u do not want to know the regular cases which happen which is really annoying.
I am 14 and i have trained myself to Lucid dream from 12 it has taken me months of practice but its worth it , u can see urself concentrating more in life
