Hi, so I really want to lucid dream. I have some questions and i seek explanations icon smile Lucid dreaming via sleep paralasys?
1. Can someone explain me the proces of entering sleep paralysis and with it entering lucid dreams.
2. While in sleep paralysis will I hallucinate if I open my eyes?
3. Once in a lucid dream, how do i wake up.

1.Sleep paralysis isn't something that is under your conscious control, it just happens by itself and has nothing to do with whether you are lucid dreaming or not.

2.Hallucinations are caused by drugs or mental disorders or temporary altered states of psychosis.You won't be able to open your eyes if you are in sleep paralysis and you will not hallucinate.

3.You just do.REM sleep only lasts for a few minutes maximum.So when your brain "runs out of time" in REM, that's when you either wake up or start a new sleep cycle.Sometimes just the excitement of realizing that one is dreaming is enough to wake them up, but if you practice, you'll get better with controlling your dream state while your in it.
