When I get to the vibrational stage of astral projection, my heart pounds hard and it throws me off and then I fail to achieve to successfully astral projecting. I need some advice. I'm only 15 haha

Hate to tell you this … but you don't get beyond that stage even if your heart wasn't going to pound.There are distinct physiological causes both for the vibrational stage and for your heart pounding, and they do not go any further than that.
