I really would like too escape my life at night through controlling my dreams but I'm scared if i do that i could get possessed by evil entities or be haunted help me.?

I'm honestly hoping that you're a troll, but just in case you're serious, the answer is no. A lucid dream is a dream in which you're aware that you're dreaming. With practice, you can pretty much do anything in that state. Anyway, no studies have linked evil spirits or demons to lucid dreaming. Can't help but be honest here: those things don't even exist.

umm.. there's no connection between "spectral phenomena", which don't exist (in my opinion), and lucid dreaming, which is a state of unconsciousness.

He wrote a lot about his experiences of lucid dreaming and related subjects. Whether you think it is fantasy or not, you may get some inspiration out of it.
