Chandan Asked: How to remember that i have to reality checks in adream?

I have studied a lot about lucid dreams…reality checks,technics of induction.Ihad two after a focused hardwork.What i find difficult is the fact that for doing reality checks like awake i cant remember it…plz give some tips so that when i am in a dream i realize or remember to do reality check to know that i am in a dream.
