Asked: How to lucid dream tonight?!?
Ok so I've been really intrigued in lucid dreaming lately and I was wondering if there is a way to do it in one night or do you have to train yourself? If so how? Any suggestions are helpful, even personal experiences
Thanks!

Ye I am going to try it tonight as well, just focus your self when your falling asleep that your going into a dream, before bed go to the mirror and repeat im not in a dream right now and pitch your self to prove it, you need to make your brain aware of when your in a dream and when your not dreaming.

i have been doing it since i was like 5 so it can't be too hard. my friend and i did it together when we were little but every year that passes it is harder for her. i think it is having a good imagination that allows you to do it. what i do to practice and because at the point that i can do it is just really fun is i think of something, close my eyes and make it happen. to start out think of a plain white room. then change the color and put some things in it. then get like a dragon or something and just start burning everything, then the fire department can come… just make something up and go with it. when you can do this easily it is time to start blurring the borders of real and dreaming. try that concious lucid deaming with your eyes open. have a racehorce run alongside your car or dance with a tiger. when you can do that you may start to notice when you are in a dream. after you notice you need to take control of it. this will be very difficult. you must manually instruct the dream along sort of like if you were a play director. the dream won't always listen though. then imagine reaching into the dream and grabbing it and forcing it to do what you want. for instance if a wheel is turning and it won't stop grab it and hold it still. don't worry if it takes a while to get into a dream. it could be a day, a month, a year it all depends how willing your mind is to bend reality. if you want to go a step farther you can slow time or feel gravity start to move the wrong way. and i'm talking while you are awake. it isn't really happening of course but when you train your mind correctly it can do amazing things. just see what works for you and remember it's all in your head.
