Ryan Asked: How to Listen to Binural Beats/Theta Waves for Lucid Dreaming?

I am a new to lucid dreaming and i recently heard that listening to binaural beats or theta waves can help create vivid and lucid dreams. However, i also read online that stereo headphones are required in order for the sounds to take effect. I don't own stereo headphones, but i do have a set of earphones for my iPhone. Will my earphones work for binaural beats and theta waves or will i have to buy a set of stereo headphones for the sounds to work?
