Fluxdaia Asked: How do you train yourself to have lucid dreams?
I heard about lucid dreams the over day and I wondered what it was, so I searched it up, found out that it's basically a dream where you control what happens consciously, and I thought I want to do that. I searched up how to train yourself but it all sounds too complicated, is there really simple steps.

What you do is you lay down on your back with eyes closed before going to sleep, for about twenty to thirty minutes WITHOUT moving or gallon asleep. You'll start to have random itches but don't MOVE OR ITCH THEM. Fight through it to keep completely still. You'll start to hear weird noises and you'll be able to start visualizing your room or a dream. So basically you're dreaming with your eyes "open". After a few practices with this, you'll be able to start controlling your dreams. c:
