Gunner Asked: EASY ASRAL PROJECTION TECHNIQUES?
im so tired of buying things from websites that have those stupid quotes "IVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND IM SO EXCITED!!! YOURS ACTUALLY WORKS!!!" i buy it (like and idiot and waste weeks on them….. One time (i had been trying to astral project for a few days) i went through the usual astral projection technique. I never got vibrations, but my heart was beating out of my chest and i was floating out of my body.. i freaked out and snapped bak to my body. Am i too young to astral project? (im 13)
As long as you know what's going on, there is no such thing as being "too young" to astral project. And it looks like you've had better luck than I did in achieving astral projection.I've tried many different techniques without success, and when I finally did have my first out-of-body experience, it was involuntary and totally unexpected.I guess the problem was that I was too excited. If you are looking for an easy method, try the astral travel technique in David St. Clair's book "Instant ESP".Although the book is long out-of-print, you can download a free copy at http://www.scribd.com/doc/57940128/DavidI have "Instant ESP" on my iPhone and it's fun to read, though his method may or may not work for or you.
Play World of Warcraft.
The yippie route is to take some classes from a licensed shaman trainer. You can google this I have taken a class. Or you could go into a tribal community and seek acceptance as a pupil but don't hold me accountable for your safety or success.
That depends entirely on what type of shamanism you're interested in. Almost every indigenous culture of the world had or has its own form of animistic or shamanistic spiritual work.
I'd suggest reading Carlos Castaneda.
