That is not a lucid dream, you're just having dreams.Lucid dreaming is when you can control your actions in the dream meaning you have total control of your body.

Also, dreams have nothing to do with souls, dreams are just movies your brain plays based on what you've seen or your emotions.

If you mean you have sleep paralysis with the lucid dreams, then you can try eating a little just before you go to sleep (nothing heavy) and moving around physically like jogging in place for a few minutes.
