Asked: Do I have a special ability?(lucid dreaming while awake)?

Hey guys,let me start this off saying im a 14 year old guy.I do not do drugs or drink alcohol.This question will seem like I am on drugs,but im not.Also, I am not tired when I perform this ability.Anyways,heres my story.
Whenever i'm bored I like to drift my mind off.Sometimes when i'm comfortable my mind produces dream like state of my thoughts.To me its amazing considering that i'm awake when I do this.I call this dream thinking because my mind makes my thinking into a dream like state and puts me into sleep paralysis thinking i'm asleep though i'm.
With some practice I managed to control what I think so my brain produces the image of what I think.Say i'm thinking about driving a car.During that state,dream thinking,my brain produces an image of what i'm thinking about.Amazing right.Thing is that i can do this everyday if I want and i'm awake at the same time.Though if I start drastically changing the scenario of my thinking,my sleep paralysis will stop me from doing so.
After time, I managed to control my thinking so I won't stop my imagery.After I stop dream thinking(that's what I named it),my brain leaves strays of animated images that I can see for approximately 30 seconds with my eyes closed.When that happens,i'm fully awake.I literally see the animated images for 30 seconds without even thinking of them.For me to do that,my eyes must be closed so the animation can be viewed.My question is, do I have a special ability that can be performed with my brain.Sorry for the long post and it might not make any sense because im writing this right after it happened.Thank you.
