Ok I have gotten close to lucid dreaming but I can never take full control,what could be the block there?I know I'm dreaming though Iv even told myself to wake up and woke up!im not quite there tho.its been 2 months since I started.

I have been researching a little bit about astral projection and wanted to try it out but it never seemed to work for me but last night I was having a lot if vivid lucid dreams and still remember everything they were about.
I remember waking up and feeling like my whole upper body was tingling and vibrating and I started to get up and I saw my body kind of glowing and I realized that I might be astral projecting but then It got kinda of hazy and I was losing conciousness but I fryer REALLY hard to keep conscious but I feel back and started dreaming again.
When I woke I remembered it but thought that it was too much like a dream for it to really have happened..
Was it a dream of me astral projecting or was I actually doing it?!

I was sleeping in bed and woke up around 3am to find my girlfriend looking for something in the closet in front of me. I didnt think much of it but was going to head back to sleep and kept my mouth open. My eyes were still open as well when all of a sudden it felt as if I was having an Out of Body experience. I started making this gurgling noise that was very loud, my body was immobile and I was still watching her do what she was.doing in the closet. I stopped doing it and came back to my senses… Then thought to myself, well if its an OOB experience I can control it. Curious to what it was, Idid it again. Mouth open, loud deep very very strange gurgling noise while staring at her. I couldnt move or anything… This time it was uncontrollable. I closed my eyes and my girlfriend threw something at me this time and I awoke. She told me I was twitching like I usually dowhen I sleepbut wasnt making any noises. Then I asked her if she did anything. We had gotten in a big.argument earlier and right before she got up to go to the closet "while I was sleeping", she imagined /pictured a crucifix with a circle around it and putting it into my chest. She was really upset at the time she did it. I myself have done astral projection and have witnessed many strange things in my tra els doing it, but im wondering what was happening to me? Why could only I hear the strange loud noise pertruding from my body? Was it a demon? Why didnt she even notice anything but my legs twitchinf…someone give me some guidance here please. Im 16 now but when i was 12 i wouldhear a very loud buzzing sound so loud it scared me senseless and i was curious for lucid dreams if that matters, but i could feel myself and i confirmed it was reality, at one point i thought jesus was coming back, the rapture and i felt like i was starting to levitate everytime i tried to sleep the sound violently woke me up and i kept hearing it for 5-10 minutes.

Necro Infektion Asked: Confused? Was this Astral Projection? (OBE) ?

've been trying to lucid dream for a few weeks now with not much luck.(I do reality checks throughout the day too)
Yesterday afternoon I had a whole can of Monster (energy drink) and afterwards smoked marijuana,however I was still sleepy at my normal bed time so I crashed to sleep at around 11pm.
I woke up at around 9am but I was still very sleepy so decided to resume sleeping,all of a sudden I remembered that lucid dreaming and OBEs work best in the morning,so in my half-asleep state,I relaxed my body and looked into the blackness at the back of my eyelids,in what seemed minutes,the blackness started flashing white light and my body started vibrating from my toes upwards, I slowly visualized the room scene that was in front of me,I forced what seemed to be my astral body to slowly get up,the room scene seemed a little blurry and brighter than usual.I looked back at where my pillow is and my real head wasnt there? I took this as a reality check ,sort of panicked and decided to ''return''. I then woke up at around 11:20am confused whether this was some sort of OBE or just me getting up in a very sleepy trance state? Please help?

I followed a tutorial on YouTube on how to do this as a beginner.I don't remember all the steps nor can I find that video anymore.All I remember doing was laying flat on back, eyes closed, take deep breaths for several moments, then relax and let breathing happen as naturally as possible w/o any focus on anything ( I found this step especially difficult for my mind kept wandering thus I kept having to center it .) , next, for whatever reason this step applies, I repeated the word "hue" in my mind for several minutes in complete relaxation, finally, spontaneously and unexpectedly, I heard a very brief, loud, and fluctuating ringing pitch in my right ear (this step scared the hell outta me messin up my whole concentration.). I'm guessing I must have been doing everything right.I think that ringing would have continued had I not tensed up.What do y'all think?And what should I have done and expected next in order to achieve my goal?

So I asked this on the religion and spirituality section and got people taking about the devil and trolls. I don't want to be mean but they sounded kind of crazy…. So um..here we go again.

I see people talk about astral projection as if it is this amazing and wonderful thing but they do not give actual methods or they link you to some "book" or "guide" which you have to buy. So I ask how do you astral project. If you think it's dangerous and wont tell me then how about telling me how to OBE or lucid dream instead. I have had success with Lucid dream and something else which I will search about.
