my friend and i was talking today about lucid dreaming and he said that he saw in a documentary about two people(or friends) planning to meet in a lucid dream together, and they sleep and they really meet in their dream. Do you think something like that is possible?

It is definitely possible,but not necessarily easy.All you can do is experiment with an open mind.I recommend sleeping on your back,with your arms at your side.As you fall asleep,keep visualizing your friend.Your friend should do the same thing,at the same time.If you are patient and focused,you may see results.Good luck!
